She supported investor relations at Doğuş Otomotiv, the Volkswagen Group's Turkish importer, from 2008 and led the function from 2013 - raising US ownership from 20% to 60% of free float and lifting the corporate governance rating from 7.4 to 9.7 out of 10. She was subsequently IR and Sustainability Director at Galata Wind Enerji, Türkiye's first green IPO, where foreign ownership rose from 8% to 19% in twelve months. In 2019 Institutional Investor named her to its Emerging EMEA Executive Team, recognizing her as a leading investor relations officer.

She is the author of The Investor Relations Playbook: Achieving Sustainable Success, and writes and hosts IROVISION, a monthly letter and podcast on investor relations practice. She sits on the board of TÜYİD, the Turkish Investor Relations Society, and on the IR Impact editorial board.

She works in English, Turkish and German.

Her practice is built on twenty years inside listed companies. She supported investor relations at Doğuş Otomotiv, the sole authorized importer of Volkswagen Group brands in Türkiye, from 2008 and led the function from 2013. During that period she raised US ownership from 20% to 60% of the free float, reduced stock volatility by 14%, and lifted the company's corporate governance rating from 7.4 to 9.7 out of 10. In 2019 Institutional Investor named her to its Emerging EMEA Executive Team, recognizing her as a leading investor relations officer. She subsequently served as Investor Relations and Sustainability Director at Galata Wind Enerji, known as Türkiye's first green IPO, where she built the IR function through the company's first years as a listed issuer and foreign ownership rose from 8% to 19% in twelve months.

Before returning to Türkiye she founded Mediterranum AG in Berlin in 2005, developing a €25m mezzanine-financed assisted-living project on the Turkish Riviera. She holds master's degrees in Management and in Finance from Walsh College and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, together with Turkish capital markets licenses in Capital Market Activities Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating, Derivative Instruments and Credit Rating, and the GRCP governance, risk and compliance certification.

She has trained more than 230 professionals for capital markets institutions and IR bodies across Europe, including the Turkish Capital Markets Association, TÜYİD, IR Impact, the Swiss IR Club, and the Belgian, Bulgarian and Romanian IR associations. She has spoken at more than forty events since 2018, in Türkiye, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Romania.

She is the author of The Investor Relations Playbook: Achieving Sustainable Success, published in Turkish as Yatırımcı İlişkilerinin Gücü, and writes and hosts IROVISION, a monthly letter and podcast covering equity story, targeting, governance, sustainability and artificial intelligence in investor relations.

She sits on the board of TÜYİD, the Turkish Investor Relations Society, where she chairs the Collaborations Working Group and chaired the Education and Certification Working Group from 2019 to 2025. She is a member of the IR Impact editorial board and has completed the Board Membership Development Program of the Corporate Governance Association of Türkiye.

She is based in Istanbul and works in English, Turkish and German.
