The role of boards in stakeholder dialogue and investor relations.
AI-Powered Investor Base Management and Targeting, CRM Tools, and Competitor Analysis.
Keynote · Panel · Workshop · 45 minutes to half day
Investors are already using AI to read, screen, and summarize disclosure. Most IR teams are not. This session covers where AI genuinely changes an IR workflow, where vendor claims outrun reality, what disclosure risk it introduces, and what a team should do first.
Delivered at the IR Impact Forum on AI & Technology in London, in Istanbul, and for the Swiss IR Club.
Keynote · Briefing · 30-60 minutes
Investors increasingly meet a company through an AI-generated answer before they reach its IR page. Something is already describing the equity story to the market, and no one briefed it. The session covers the widening gap between search and answer engines, how to test what AI systems currently say about a listed company, and what changes those answers.
Delivered for IR Impact in January 2026.
Keynote · Workshop · 45 minutes to half day
Most IR teams meet whoever asks. Deliberate targeting is a different discipline: deciding which investors should hold the stock, why, and how to approach them with something worth their time. Includes practical tools and a working framework.
Delivered for the TÜYİD Development Platform and within the TÜYİD Investor Relations Certificate Program.
Keynote · Panel · 30-45 minutes
Integrating sustainability into the equity story and reporting cycle rather than running it as a parallel exercise. Drawn from four years as IR and Sustainability Director at a renewable energy issuer.
Delivered for the IR Magazine ESG Integration Forum, Sustainable Fitch, and IR TV.
Keynote · Panel · 30-45 minutes
Twenty years of investor communication in a market where volatility is the baseline rather than the exception. What holds when currency, policy, and sentiment move faster than the reporting cycle, and what emerging-market practice can teach IR teams everywhere as volatility becomes less exceptional.
Keynote · 30-45 minutes
Nokia did not fail because its engineers lacked skill. It failed because the organization stopped being curious about what was happening outside it. Investor relations is now facing the same test, and the profession has diagnosed it wrongly: the problem is not that IR teams cannot code, but that they have been told the change is technical and so have stopped asking what it means for their work.

A webinar hosted by the Swiss IR Club in partnership with Q4, examining how artificial intelligence, data connectivity and shifting investor expectations are reshaping the investor relations profession across Europe. Yücel joined a panel of IR leaders discussing what the changes mean in practice for teams working under pressure from both investors and internal stakeholders. Speakers: Müge Yücel (Galata Wind), Ana Romelashvili (TBC Bank), Dror Nadler (Q4). Moderated by Christine Kukan (Sika).

The landmark conference, themed “The Iceberg Theory,” hosted by ABIRD (Association for Bulgarian Investor Relations Directors), brought together global experts to discuss capital market regulations, investor expectations, and best practices. Representing Turkey as an independent Investor Relations advisor, Yücel spoke on a distinguished international panel addressing best-in-class roadshows and capital market days in a hybrid environment, navigating different geographical expectations regarding direct and indirect shareholder engagement, and the implementation of AI in Investor Relations (IR) and modern capital markets communication.

At the IR Impact Forum – AI & Technology Europe in March 2025, Müge Yücel joined industry experts to discuss the practical integration of artificial intelligence in investor relations. Speaking on the panel “Navigating Your AI Adoption Journey,” Yücel emphasized that successful AI implementation requires hands-on leadership from Investor Relations Officers (IROs). She argued that by experimenting directly with AI models and understanding basic coding, IROs can more effectively demonstrate value to senior management and secure vital project funding. The discussion also highlighted a critical shift in modern capital markets: investors are aggressively adopting AI tools to analyze corporate disclosures in real time. Because machines are rapidly standardizing data processing, the forum concluded that the uniquely human aspects of IR – such as building personal trust, reading emotional tone, and interpreting live reactions – are becoming more valuable than ever. The session ultimately framed AI not as a replacement for human relationship-building, but as a catalyst that elevates its importance.
Alongside commercial engagements, Müge Yücel teaches investor relations at Turkish universities and within professional certification programs.
