Ten tested prompts for investor relations work, and the rule that decides what you are allowed to paste into an AI model.

Most IR teams now use AI somewhere in their workflow, and most have no written rules about what may be put into it. This library begins with that rule - three tiers of material, with draft disclosure firmly in the first - then sets out ten prompts covering earnings preparation, peer transcript analysis, analyst notes, meeting preparation, and board reporting. Each prompt states the inputs it needs, what a good answer looks like, and how it usually goes wrong. It covers only single steps; chaining prompts into workflows is a separate discipline and is not addressed in this edition.
