The Investor Meeting Debrief

A workbook for recording every investor meeting, and for reading the pattern across them a quarter later.

You remember what happened in the meeting today. In three months you will not, and the pattern across forty meetings only exists if someone records it at the time. One row per meeting, completed in five minutes: who was in the room on both sides, what they pushed on, what surprised them, what you now owe them. A separate tab holds contacts and mailing-list consent, with the date and method recorded rather than a bare yes, and the read-across tab calculates what no single meeting shows - the share of meetings you requested, how often the CEO or CFO attended, follow-ups past due, and the behaviors that tend to appear before a position does. It is a record and a set of counts, not a CRM, and it does not connect to your ownership data.
